Description

This is the custom Time Weaver for KitlynSolstice She loves Doctor Who so I gave this one Gallifreyan-like markings. The only one that means anything is the one by her eye which reads 'Keeper of Time' and that is the reference for the mark next to her.

Time Weavers are a closed species, meaning you cannot make one of your own.
